     Dear Friend:

   Yes, you can book your appointment online here 24/7.

   If you are a new user, here is what you need to do.

   First, you need to  [sign up]. And please provide your first and

   last name, your best telephone number, and e-mail address that

   we can send you confirmation and reminder.

   Once you signed up, your user name and password will be emailed

   to you. You need to go to your own e-mail and get your user

   name & password. (And, of course, you can always change your   

   password later. )

   Then you click the [login] button next to the [sign up] button.

   You type in user name and password.

   Once you signed in, you can see my schedule and make your own 

   appointments.
